1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DigitalAInest (www.digitalainest.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable Use

DigitalAInest provides 100 tools for productivity, writing, workflow design, and utility purposes. You agree not to use the tools to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or infringing content, nor attempt to reverse-engineer core platform infrastructure.

3. Tool Limitations & Simulation Mode

Automation and Agent tools allow designing node blueprints and running simulation previews. Unless an integration is explicitly connected and authenticated, DigitalAInest does not claim external action execution (such as sending live emails or booking calendar events).

4. Limitation of Liability

DigitalAInest provides its software, tools, and content "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for business interruptions, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.
